The Problem
Constant Water Usage — Leak Under the House

The homeowner received a notice from their water provider flagging unusually high consistent water usage with no breaks. Something was drawing water around the clock. Mike got under the house and found a heavily corroded pipe in the crawl space that had been leaking the entire time — slow enough that nothing was visible inside the home, but steady enough to register on the meter every hour of every day.

The Fix
Corroded Pipe Replaced Same Day

Mike cut out the corroded section, replaced it with new pipe, and had the job wrapped up the same day. Clean install, up to code, no damage to surrounding areas. Water usage back to normal. The homeowner called Mike after getting the notice — one call, one visit, problem solved.

Real Reviews from Brentwood Homeowners

★★★★★

I had a emergency main line backup on Saturday night at 11pm. I called East Bay Plumber Mike, who was highly recommended by a neighbor at 11:30pm on a Saturday night and to my surprise Mike answered the phone. I explained the issue and Mike confirmed it was a main line backup. He said he will be there the next morning with his crew, which he was, gave me a excellent price. Mike and his crew finished up late Sunday night and were very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend Mike and his crew to any homeowner anywhere, thanks Mike and Angelo!

We came home from work on a Friday at 5pm and discovered we had no hot water. We called four different plumbers who said they could not help us until Monday. We found East Bay Plumber Mike on Yelp and he walked my husband through some troubleshooting steps for our tankless water heater and he even FaceTimed with us, and in about 10 minutes we had hot water. He did not charge us anything. Extremely friendly, honest, and genuinely helpful. We will be using East Bay Plumber Mike for all our future plumbing needs.

I have used Mike twice now for a toilet problem and a leaking faucet. Both times I called, Mike picked up, asked the right questions and gave me a real price before coming out. He showed up when he said he would and got it done faster than I expected. You never feel like you are dealing with a big company.

Think You Need a Replacement?
Talk to Mike First.

Mike explaining plumbing issue under kitchen sink to homeowner Brentwood CA

Most of the calls we receive start the same way. Someone has already been told they need to replace something — a water heater, a toilet, a valve. Sometimes even tearing into walls. The truth is, a lot of those problems do not need to be replaced at all.
When you call, you are talking directly to Mike. He will ask a few questions, figure out what is going on, and give you a real answer right over the phone. In many cases we can give you a price before we even show up.
If your issue turns into a bigger job, like a sewer line or a full water heater replacement, we handle that too throughout Brentwood and nearby areas.

What to expect when you call
  • You talk directly to a licensed plumber
  • Honest advice based on what actually needs to be done
  • Fast scheduling and same day service when available
  • Clear pricing before any work starts

If we are already working in your area we will stop by and take a look at no charge. Otherwise our service call is $187 — and that goes toward the work if you move forward.
